We had a First Aid at Work Training with Ian and it was probably one of the best delivery and well paced first aid training course that I have attended. Ian was professional, thorough, respectful and fun. Exactly what you need to go through a very full and fact filled learning course. I especially appreciated his sensitivity to issues regarding medical problems and trauma within the group. He managed people's stories and still kept us on track to complete the course and final assessment. Much appreciated and thank you Ian
